B.T.K. Admits Everything

Hours before his trial was to start, Dennis Rader admitted today that he was the notorious B.T.K. serial killer who terrorized Wichita, Kan., for decades and eluded capture for 31 years. Mr. Rader discussed his crimes - which took about an hour to describe to the court - in an emotionless, matter-of-fact manner. And we're supposed to be suprised?
